Description

In today's fast-paced working environments, finding moments for genuine rest and recovery can be challenging. This guided sound meditation offers employees an opportunity to step away from daily demands, slow down and experience a moment of deep relaxation.

Led by Olivia Holmberg, certified sound healing therapist, yoga teacher and professional musician, the session combines calming breathing techniques, guided relaxation and the soothing sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, resting on an atmospheric soundscape of ambient sounds and nature recordings, composed for the session.

With a background working 10+ years in international finance and fintech environments, Olivia understands the pressures of modern working life and the importance of recovery for sustainable performance.

What the session includes

1. Introduction & Grounding (5 minutes)

A brief introduction to sound meditation and what participants can expect, followed by calming breathing exercises to help shift attention away from daily tasks and into the present moment.

2. Guided Relaxation (5–10 minutes)

Participants are guided through a gentle relaxation practice, bringing awareness to the body, releasing physical tension and allowing the mind to settle.

3. Immersive Sound Meditation (15–35 minutes)

Participants are invited to close their eyes and simply listen as they are immersed in the resonant sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, atmospheric soundscapes and nature recordings.

The combination of acoustic instruments, sustained tones and carefully layered sounds creates an immersive listening experience that encourages stillness, deep relaxation and a sense of calm.

4. Integration & Closing (5 minutes)

The experience concludes with a gentle transition back into the present moment, allowing participants time to reconnect with their surroundings before returning to their day.

About the Host

My name is Olivia Holmberg. I’m the founder of The Sonic Nest, a certified sound healing therapist and yoga teacher, electronic music artist, vocalist, producer and speaker, with more than 10 years of international experience across finance and fintech. Having spent much of my previous career in high-performing international environments, including managing relationships with C-suite stakeholders in many different cultures and timezones, I have a deep understanding for the pressures of modern working life and the importance of creating space for recovery, presence and nervous system regulation. Today, I bring these worlds together by offering guided sound meditations to businesses, speaking about the importance of recovery and benefits of sound and meditation. Bringing moments of rest to office environments gives me a deep sense of purpose and is always received with gratitude and the question “when are you coming back?” I have worked with organisations including AWS, TikTok, OpenAI, Marshall and Soho House Stockholm, as well as international festivals, yoga studios, retreats and cultural events. I am also an experienced and confident speaker. At TikTok’s WomenTok Summit in Stockholm, I spoke about the importance of nervous system regulation and recovery to achieve sustainable performance before guiding the audience through a sound meditation. I have also facilitated private sound journeys for team offsites and events, most recently for a senior management team at OpenAI. Alongside my wellbeing practice, I work professionally as an electronic music artist under the alias Olivia Pauline. I produce electronic music and perform live using ableton mixing electronic music, live vocals and sound healing instruments. What distinguishes my work is the combination of corporate understanding, wellbeing expertise and artistic practice. I am comfortable working with senior leadership teams and international organisations, while equally at home on stage, at festivals and in creative environments. I am particularly interested in projects that bring these worlds together in thoughtful and unexpected ways. I love creating memorable moments and experiences that make ordinary life stand out. I am Swedish and have previously lived in Amsterdam. I also travel frequently and thrive in international environments. I would love to see where this partnership with Culture Vitale could lead, as I see strong synergies and many exciting opportunities for what we could create together.
