Happy2Be is a personal and professional development program that guides participants on a journey of Awareness, Guidance, and Achievement. Through tools such as the Enneagram, the 9-Step Method, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), participants explore who they are, identify limiting beliefs, and find the motivation and clarity to take action towards their goals.
Awareness – understanding the current situation, uncovering blocks, motivations, and true desires.
Guidance – finding the best path forward, reframing beliefs, and building momentum for change.
Achievement – celebrating small wins and milestones, leading to the realization of personal and professional goals.
Sessions can be delivered individually or in small groups, either in-person or online.

About the Host
I am a senior consultant, trainer, and coach with more than 20 years of experience working with companies across different industries in Portugal and abroad. My background combines a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from ISEG, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE, and several professional certifications, including the CCP (Certified Trainer) and an International Coaching Certification accredited by the ICF. Over the years, I have designed and delivered training in leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, sales, negotiation, and customer service, collaborating with organizations such as BNP Paribas, Siemens, BP, Optimus, PT, Meo, Autoeuropa, Central de Cervejas/Heineken, and many others. I am passionate about helping people and teams grow, adapt, and reach their potential, creating meaningful learning experiences that drive both personal and organizational transformation.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from ISEG, where I developed my thesis on consumer behavior, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Organization and Management from ISCTE. I am a certified trainer with the CCP (formerly CAP – Certificado de Aptidão Profissional), obtained in 2004 and renewed in 2010, and I also hold an International Coaching Certification accredited by the ICF, completed with supervised practice. In addition, I am certified in Enneagram Coaching and Eneacoaching, and I have completed specialized training in Neurolinguistic Programming, High-Performance Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Versatility, and Time Management. I also hold advanced language certifications, including the Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge and the Diplôme Pratique en Langue Française from Alliance Française. These qualifications, combined with more than twenty years of practical experience, allow me to design and deliver impactful training programs in leadership, communication, sales, resilience, and personal development in different organizational contexts.
