About the Host
Bella Lane is the founder of Harbourlight Practice, a Sydney-based creative well-being studio that helps people make space for clearer thinking, steadier attention, and more grounded collaboration. Her sessions combine guided journalling, tactile making, and nature-led reflection, giving participants practical ways to step out of mental noise and return to the work and relationships that matter.
Bella works with individuals, small groups, and teams through intimate workshops, restorative half-days, and multi-session programs. Her facilitation is calm, structured, and welcoming, with each experience designed to turn reflection into useful habits. Participants leave with a stronger sense of perspective, a shared language for what they need, and simple creative practices they can continue long after the session.
