Hatha Yoga Session
Description
Hatha Yoga is a traditional, grounding style of yoga that combines physical postures, mindful breathing, and gentle movement to cultivate balance, flexibility, and inner focus. This experience is designed to help employees reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and reset their energy, enabling improved performance, resilience, and workplace harmony.
It is open level and no prior experience of yoga is required.
What I Will Offer (Detailed Inclusions):

Introduction to Hatha Yoga Principles
A short, engaging overview explaining how Hatha Yoga supports physical and mental wellbeing, including its emphasis on balancing effort and ease — a valuable metaphor for sustainable wellbeing and productivity. -
Gentle Warm-Up and Breath Awareness
Participants are guided through a simple breathing and grounding technique, followed by exercises release tensions in neck, back and abdomen. -
Guided Hatha Yoga Practice
A structured, accessible sequence of postures (asanas) suitable for all levels, focusing on:-
Reducing muscular tension from desk-based work

Improving posture and spinal health

Building stability, strength, and body awareness

Increasing flexibility and joint mobility
- Grounding and connecting with oneself.
- Identify stress patterns, reconnect to the present moment, and regulate emotional responses

Relaxation and Integration
A calming closing segment, including Savasana (guided relaxation) or grounding breath techniques to seal the benefits of the practice and help participants return to work or what every they are about to do next, refreshed and centred.And a small sharing either big or in small groups.
