Workshop
Description
A supportive women-only group session focused on hormonal wellbeing through Ayurveda, nutrition, herbalism, lifestyle medicine and modern women’s health education.
Participants are guided through the foundations of hormonal health in a grounded and empowering way, exploring how stress, sleep, digestion, food rhythm, routines and life stages can influence energy, mood, cycles and overall wellbeing.
The experience can be adapted to focus on cycle awareness, PMS, fertility preparation, perimenopause, menopause, stress, sleep, digestion, emotional changes and energy fluctuations.
The session includes:
- A clear introduction to women’s hormonal wellbeing from an Ayurvedic and lifestyle perspective
- Education on the connection between stress, sleep, digestion, energy and hormones
- A guided self-reflection around cycle patterns, life stage or current hormonal symptoms
- Practical nutrition and lifestyle tools to support hormonal balance
- Simple herbal and self-care ideas suitable for everyday life
- Supportive discussion around how women can better understand their bodies without shame or overwhelm
- Personal takeaway: one realistic hormonal wellbeing support step
Depending on the audience, this session can be delivered as a workplace women’s wellbeing session, retreat workshop, online webinar, women’s circle or educational health talk.
This session is educational, inclusive, non-diagnostic and supportive. It does not replace medical care, but helps women understand their bodies and daily wellbeing foundations more clearly.
Benefits
- Greater body literacy: participants better understand hormonal patterns, cycle changes or life-stage transitions.
- Empowered self-care: women leave with practical nutrition, routine and lifestyle tools they can apply immediately.
- Reduced overwhelm: complex hormonal topics are explained in a clear, grounded and supportive way.
- Improved stress awareness: participants learn how stress, sleep and digestion can influence hormonal wellbeing.
- Better energy understanding: the session helps women recognise why energy, mood and focus may change across the cycle or life stages.
- Supportive group experience: women can feel less alone in their experiences and more confident in understanding their bodies.
- Workplace relevance: for companies, the session supports women’s wellbeing, inclusion and awareness around hormonal health at work.
- Practical daily changes: participants leave with small realistic steps rather than extreme protocols.

About the Host
Martyna is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Nutrition & Biohacking Coach, Health Researcher and wellbeing facilitator based in Cyprus, working internationally online and across Europe. Through her practice, she supports individuals and groups in reconnecting with their body, energy, digestion, hormones, stress patterns and daily rhythms through a unique blend of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom, modern lifestyle medicine, herbalism, nutrition, biohacking and practical health education.
After beginning her career in food sustainability, Martyna intentionally transitioned into health — the field she is most passionate about. Her work now bridges ancient and modern approaches: the depth of Ayurveda and herbal traditions with the clarity of biohacking, prevention, nervous system support, nutrition science and modern wellbeing education. She is especially interested in helping people understand that health is not built through extreme protocols, but through small, intelligent and sustainable daily choices that match the individual.
Martyna’s sessions are designed to be practical, warm, educational and deeply human. She translates complex health concepts into grounded tools that participants can immediately apply in their everyday lives — whether that means improving digestion, supporting sleep, reducing stress, regulating energy, understanding hormonal patterns, creating better food rhythms or learning how to work with the seasons. Her facilitation style is clear, compassionate and interactive, with a strong focus on making holistic health feel accessible rather than overwhelming.
Her training includes Ayurvedic Lifestyle & Nutrition courses, advanced Ayurvedic practitioner education, Human Potential coaching, and practical studies with Sri Lankan Ayurvedic doctors and teachers with over 30 years of clinical experience, many of whom specialise in women’s health, fertility, digestion and menopause support.
Alongside her clinical and coaching work, Martyna has worked since 2021 as a Health, Nutrition & Biohacking Expert, supporting premium private clients and synthesising emerging knowledge across longevity, lifestyle medicine, supplementation, prevention, wellbeing and personalised health optimisation.
Across 1:1 consultations, corporate webinars, workshops, retreat sessions and educational programmes, Martyna helps individuals and teams develop more awareness, autonomy and balance. Her sessions are ideal for companies, wellness platforms, retreats, women’s circles, yoga studios, leadership groups and international teams looking for a wellbeing experience that is both meaningful and practical.
