Part 2: coaching as a tool for leaders
Learn a basic skill set of coaching others for performance and personal development
• Create self-discovery with coachees on how to go about issues they are facing
• How to develop a communicative approach based more on asking questions than telling
Learn a framework for a coaching conversation that they can apply as leaders: GROW-model for goal setting and problem solving
