Description

The Lucid Focus Protocol™ is a structured breathwork experience designed to enhance cognitive clarity, attentional control, and performance under pressure.

The session uses specific breath pacing techniques to interrupt mental fragmentation and overstimulation, guiding participants into a more organised internal state. This shift supports improved decision-making, sharper focus, and greater emotional steadiness.

Participants are guided through an initial grounding phase, followed by structured breath sequences designed to refine attention and regulate arousal levels. The experience is supported by curated soundscapes that reinforce concentration and internal coherence.

A final integration phase allows participants to stabilise the effects before returning to work or group activity.

About the Host

I work in the space of breath, nervous system regulation, and human performance, guiding experiences that allow individuals to shift out of high-functioning states and into a deeper level of clarity, presence, and internal alignment.

My work sits at the intersection of physiology and experience, creating environments where people can access a state of awareness and connection that is rarely reached through conventional approaches.

I have worked across private sessions, group immersions, and curated experiences, often within high-performance and high-pressure environments, where the ability to regulate, reset, and reconnect becomes essential rather than optional.

What I offer is intentionally refined and adaptive. Each experience is shaped around the context, the people in the room, and the level at which they are ready to meet themselves, allowing for a depth that is both individual and collective at the same time.

My work integrates seamlessly into spaces that value intention, quality, and meaningful human experience, adding a layer that goes beyond traditional wellness and into something far more impactful and lasting.
