Description

In our busy lives sometimes we need space to give ourselves permission to simply stop and be present.  

Mind & Body Regulation sessions can play a key role in the functional wellbeing of day to day life. By simply affording ourselves the time to slow down and focus on our breath and the connection to our body we can help to emotionally regulate ourselves and bring greater awareness to the signals from the nervous system.  

Attendees will be guided through a combination of  breathwork, nervous system regulation techniques, gentle somatic movement and meditation. 

Sessions are tailorable to account for space, and collective or individual requirements. All sessions are fully accessible to all regardless of activity/fitness.

About the Host

A qualified yoga teacher and hypnotherapist I have a passion for helping individuals and teams find balance, resilience, and clarity in fast-paced environments.

My work centres on Mind & Body Regulation, blending somatic awareness, breathwork, movement and embodied practices that support stress management, emotional regulation and sustained wellbeing.

I bring lived experience of working in and with corporate settings, and facilitate workshops, group sessions and presentations that are practical, accessible and impactful.

My approach is trauma-informed, grounded, and tailored to real-world needs of professionals and organisations who want to nurture healthier, more resilient teams.
