Description

The Mindful Pilates Experience is a restorative movement session designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate focus and calm. Combining elements of mindful Pilates, guided breathwork, and short meditation, this session creates a balanced reset for both body and mind—ideal for workplace wellbeing programs or team retreats.

The session begins with a short grounding meditation to help participants arrive in the moment and transition out of a busy workday. From there, attendees are guided through gentle breathwork techniques that activate the parasympathetic nervous system and prepare the body for movement.

Participants then move through a mindful Pilates flow focusing on mobility, posture, and core stability. The exercises are accessible and adaptable for all levels.

The session concludes with calming stretches and a short guided relaxation to integrate the movement and breathing practice.

What participants will experience

  • A short guided grounding meditation to settle the mind

  • Breathwork exercises to release stress and improve breathing awareness

  • A mindful Pilates flow focusing on posture, mobility, and core activation

  • Gentle stretching to release tension in neck, shoulders, and hips

  • A relaxing closing meditation to promote calm and clarity

The session can be adapted for 45–60 minutes and requires a yoga mat, yoga blocks and floor space.

About the Host

I have 12 years of experience in teaching group fitness classes and workshops - I am a certified Group fitness, Back & Spine Health, Pilates, Meditation & Breathwork trainer as well as experienced in teaching Kids dance and contact improvisation workshops. Currently I teach Pilates & Full Body Workouts on a weekly basis in Copenhagen and have offered Pilates classes at Pandora Global Office, I would like to expand into Breathwork & Relaxation sessions in corporate companies. I am a studied cultural scientist and currently work full time as Project Manager in Marketing. I speak several languages, but usually offer my classes in German or English.
