Description
In this guided group session, participants are introduced to the foundations of mindfulness as applied to professional life. The experience begins with a grounding meditation practice to cultivate attention and presence, followed by self-inquiry techniques that invite participants to reflect on what truly matters in their work. Through mindfulness and guided reflection, they learn to recognize habitual stress patterns, connect with their intrinsic motivation, and realign daily actions with personal and collective purpose. The session concludes with a period of silence and integration to consolidate insights and translate them into practical commitments.

About the Host
I'm Nuño Aguirre, a meditation instructor, creative writer, and university professor with years of experience guiding individuals and groups toward deeper presence, greater well-being, and a stronger connection with their gifts and purpose. Having lived in India and Africa for many years, I blend diverse contemplative practices with techniques of self-inquiry. In my sessions, I help participants quiet the mind, connect with their inner voice, and translate that clarity into different forms of self-expression: from vibrant writing to business plans or innovative projects. I offer professionally grounded yet warmly accessible workshops and experiences, bringing together the structure of teaching and the freedom of creativity. I invite you into a space where silence and language meet, and where insight unfolds into meaningful expression.
