Description

NeuroBalance is a practical, science-based workshop designed to help professionals understand, manage, and regulate stress and anxiety using applied neuroscience and emotional regulation techniques.

Participants are guided through how stress affects the brain and nervous system (amygdala, cortisol, prefrontal cortex) and how chronic pressure impacts focus, mood, and performance.

The session combines short theoretical inputs with guided experiential exercises, including:

  • Understanding personal stress and anxiety triggers

  • Nervous system regulation techniques

  • Evidence-based breathing and grounding practices

  • Emotional self-regulation tools

  • Cognitive reframing strategies

  • Short guided mindfulness practices focused on recovery

  • Development of a personal stress management micro-plan

This is not a generic relaxation session. It is a structured, evidence-based experience focused on building sustainable emotional resilience in professional contexts.

About the Host

I am an experienced HR and leadership development professional, trainer and coach, with nearly 20 years of work in international and corporate environments across Europe.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with leaders and teams facing high pressure, change, and emotional overload. This experience led me to specialize in stress management, emotional intelligence, mindful leadership and self-regulation, integrating neuroscience, mindfulness and practical leadership tools.
Alongside my executive and consulting roles, I have designed and delivered training programs, workshops and coaching journeys focused on wellbeing, resilience, decision-making and sustainable performance, always grounded in evidence, ethics and real workplace challenges.

My approach is human, practical and reflective. I create safe spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop greater emotional awareness, clarity and presence — both personally and professionally.
I believe that wellbeing and development are not “extra” initiatives, but essential foundations for healthy teams, responsible leadership and long-term organizational success.
I enjoy working in diverse, multicultural contexts and adapting my sessions to different cultures, industries and organizational realities, always respecting the boundaries between learning, coaching and therapeutic work.
