About the Host
I believe everyone has more potential than what is visible. My 25 years of experience across multinationals and SMEs—spanning investment banking, industry, premium skincare, and pharma—have strengthened my conviction that Human Sustainability is the only true competitive advantage for organizations. Despite my academic background from Bocconi and MIT, I am passionate about continuous learning, to which I dedicate 20% of my time. My methodology integrates Behavioral Neuroscience and Psychological Safety to foster authentic, high-trust environments where assertiveness and proactivity become the cultural bedrock. This approach is deeply pragmatic, driving progress through five key stages: Knowledge → Awareness → Experimentation → Change → Performance. Because energy is our most valuable resource, I help participants learn how to manage it effectively.
