About the Host
I am Samantha Gnimavo, French based in London for 11 years.
I deliver engaging, science-based wellness sessions that help employees feel energised, focused, and supported — both in and outside of work.
As a Women’s Health Nutritionist and Health Coach, I combine my expertise in wellbeing with extensive experience in Learning and Development to create impactful talks and workshops that truly connect with people. My background as a Mental Health First Aider also enables me to approach every session with empathy, care, and a strong understanding of mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Each session is interactive, practical, and tailored to your organisation’s needs. My goal is to empower individuals with simple, sustainable habits that enhance wellbeing, boost productivity, and foster a healthier, happier workplace culture.
