About the Host

I’m Gunjan , an Authenticity Business Strategist. My work is about guiding visionaries, founders, and leaders back to their core so they can lead and build with clarity, confidence, and integrity. I bring together strategy, emotional intelligence, and creative vision to create spaces where people can break free from societal conditioning, reconnect with their values, and design businesses—and lives—that feel true to them. A big part of my work is rooted in self-expression—I often use art-based practices in my workshops to help people explore authenticity and self-validation in ways that go beyond words. Whether through creativity, reflective exercises, or group dialogue, I design experiences that allow people to witness their truth, release old stories, and claim their confidence. Through my workshops, group programs, and one-on-one strategy sessions, I support people in not just finding direction, but embodying joy and authenticity in how they live and work. I also founded mutedspace, a platform reimagining how visionary individuals and brands connect through authenticity and bold creativity.

Travel Locations

I am open to work opportunities across Europe and available to travel. In addition to my professional fee, I request coverage of actual travel expenses to the respective destination. For reference, typical costs for 1–2 days of travel (including transport, accommodation, and meals) may range between €300–€700, depending on location and season.

Client Requirements

For a group of 15 participants, I usually require: A quiet, private room of at least 20–25 sqm with comfortable seating and space for movement. A whiteboard or flipchart with markers. A projector or screen (depending on the session format). A microphone/sound system if the room is large. Water and light refreshments available for participants. I keep my setup simple and adaptable, so if any of these are not available, we can usually find an alternative.
