Description
A highly engaging, practical session designed to help individuals recognise and manage pressure in real time.
Participants are guided through how stress shows up in the body and mind, followed by simple, effective techniques to regain control, improve focus, and respond more clearly in high-pressure situations. The session includes short interactive exercises, guided reflection, and practical tools that can be applied immediately in real workplace scenarios such as meetings, deadlines, and challenging conversations.
Attendees will experience practical techniques to calm the body, regulate stress responses, and reset focus—without needing any prior experience or specialist knowledge.

About the Host
I’m a workplace wellbeing consultant, speaker, and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience supporting individuals and organisations to navigate pressure, stress, and performance demands.
My work sits at the crossroads of mental health, emotional intelligence, and real-world workplace challenges. I’ve delivered sessions and programmes across corporate, public, and charity sectors, including NHS trusts, national organisations, and high-pressure environments where performance and wellbeing must coexist.
Having navigated my own recovery from major brain surgery, I bring a depth of lived understanding to resilience, self-care, and the realities of recovery that extends far beyond theory alone.
I’m known for creating sessions that are engaging, practical, and immediately applicable — helping people not just understand wellbeing, but actually feel it, and take something meaningful away.
Whether working with small groups or larger teams, my focus is always the same: creating a space where people feel energised, understood, and better equipped to handle the demands of their roles.
