Workshop

Description

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Nagomi Art, this hands-on workshop invites participants to slow down and create through soft, layered pastel blending using only their fingertips — no brushes, no artistic experience required. Each participant creates their own serene landscape or abstract piece while being guided through the meditative process of Japanese-inspired composition. The simplicity of the technique makes it immediately accessible, while the focus required gently draws the mind away from workplace stress and into a state of calm creativity.

Benefits

Stress reduction, mindful focus, creative confidence, team bonding, cultural appreciation
