Description

A poetic journey through the flow of your thoughts, where writing becomes a mirror to your inner self

Our reflective journaling sessions offer a profound space for inner exploration, self-discovery, and meaningful connection with your inner world. Through a unique blend of guided meditation and thoughtful writing prompts, these sessions provide a gentle pathway to untangle your thoughts, clarify your emotions, and focus on what truly matters. This is an invitation to pause, reflect, and listen to the quiet voice within.

What makes these sessions unique?

• A guided journey inward

Each session unfolds with carefully chosen prompts and themes that gently invite participants to reflect deeply on their lives, emotions, and aspirations. Writing becomes not just expression, but a pathway to self-understanding and inner balance.

• Artistic aesthetics & tactile experience

We believe the process should be as beautiful as it is meaningful. Instead of plain pages, participants are offered aged, vintage-style papers, textured sheets, and unique writing tools such as calligraphy and collage materials. Pages may be cut, torn, layered, or reassembled into new forms, turning personal reflections into unique works of art.

• Mindfulness-enriched writing

Short beginner-friendly guided meditations are woven into the process, creating moments of stillness that quiet the mind, sharpen focus, and foster deep presence. This mindful foundation helps participants tune into what truly matters, creating a safe, introspective space for honest self-reflection.

• An adaptive approach

Our journaling practice is a fluid tool that adapts to different intentions. Sessions can focus on psychological retrospection, future-oriented coaching themes, or creative self-expression. We often blend journaling with elements of art therapy or other mindfulness practices, ensuring each session is uniquely tailored to its theme and the group, creating space for deep and impactful work.

• Beginner-friendly and accessible

No prior experience in writing, journaling, or meditation is needed. Our approach makes profound psychological practices accessible and engaging for everyone. Whether you're new to reflective writing or already have an established practice, you'll find new layers of clarity and self-connection.

What to expect

Each session begins with a gentle welcome and an introduction to the theme. You’ll be guided through short meditations that ground you in the present moment, followed by reflective prompts that inspire deep and honest writing.

As you write, you'll have the freedom to engage with the materials creatively, turning them into something that reflects you. The process is unhurried and adaptive - some participants may find joy in open sharing, while others prefer to keep their reflections private. Both ways are equally honored.

The session concludes with a closing meditation that helps integrate the experience, followed by either a group exchange or a quiet, personal moment of completion. Participants leave with both a tangible creation and a deep sense of inner clarity.

Reflective journaling is not about perfect prose, it's about presence, honesty, and listening deeply to yourself. Come as you are, and let’s create a space where your reflections unfold with meaning, beauty, and ease. It's a lasting experience that stays with you long after the words are written.

About the Host

I am an artist and mindfulness facilitator with a professional fine art background and over seven years of experience designing and delivering creative and wellbeing experiences for corporate and private clients.

I began facilitating art and mindfulness events in Ukraine and have since led more than 150 successful sessions, the majority of them in Portugal. My work is primarily focused on in-person corporate and private events. I have extensive experience working with international teams and adapting sessions to different professional contexts, company cultures, and business objectives.

I design and facilitate a wide range of formats – from short, focused sessions integrated into the workday to full-scale standalone events lasting up to three hours. My experience includes everything from intimate, reflective formats to large team-building experiences, delivered in corporate venues, art studios, outdoor locations, retreats, and festival settings.

My work is structured around two complementary directions: Mindfulness Sessions and Art Workshops. Every session is carefully planned in advance and fully customized for each client. I take into account the event format, duration (from 15 minutes to 3 hours), group size, participants’ interests, and most importantly – the intended outcome for the team. When appropriate, I also combine several practices into longer, more immersive experiences.

All mindfulness sessions I provide are delivered without esoteric or spiritual framing. My approach is grounded in research from psychology, cognitive science, and physiology, ensuring that the practices are accessible, inclusive, and suitable for corporate and professional environments.

All of my art workshops are built on a foundation of 14 years of academic fine art education and seven years of facilitation experience. They are designed not only as creative activities, but as structured experiences that support creative thinking, self-expression, and team connection.

Client Requirements

Depending on the group size and format, I may require setup and breakdown time before and after the session. For large groups, a microphone is required to ensure clear communication. Some of my wellbeing offerings require an unobstructed space without tables or chairs (such as a hall or yoga studio). This applies specifically to: Sound Relaxation, Yoga Party, Intuitive Dance. Certain sessions are designed to take place outdoors only, specifically: Open-air Sketching, Mindful Walk, Conscious Picnic. The majority of my sessions are highly flexible and can be adapted to different spaces and setups. All requirements are discussed and confirmed in advance, based on the client’s needs and the chosen format.
