Description
A hands-on communication experience designed to reduce friction, improve clarity, and make honest conversations possible at work.
Participants are introduced to a practical, easy-to-apply framework for expressing needs clearly, giving and receiving feedback without defensiveness, and navigating tension before it escalates. The session blends short, focused inputs with structured live practice, ensuring concepts are immediately applied rather than discussed in theory.
Attendees work on real workplace scenarios drawn from their day-to-day context. Through guided pair and small group exercises, they practice:
- expressing a message clearly without over-explaining or softening it
- giving constructive feedback while maintaining the relationship
- listening for underlying needs rather than reacting to tone or wording
- responding under mild pressure without becoming defensive or avoidant
The experience is dynamic and interactive, with real conversations unfolding in the room rather than abstract examples. The facilitation style is direct and grounded, focused on practical application: what to say, how to say it, and how to stay regulated while doing it.
Drawing on proven communication frameworks, including Nonviolent Communication, the session translates these principles into a workplace-ready format that is accessible to all participants, regardless of prior experience.
Sessions available in English, French, and Spanish.

About the Host
I'm a facilitator, counsellor, and somatic practitioner with an unusual background: degrees from Sciences Po Grenoble, Mines ParisTech, and Tsinghua University, followed by a Master in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy, certified Kundalini yoga teaching, breathwork facilitation, and, most recently, training in herbalism. That arc isn't accidental. It reflects what I've come to understand through my own experience and through working with people: that intellectual clarity alone rarely creates change. The body, the nervous system, and what happens beneath the surface are just as much part of the picture, often more so. This is what shapes how I work with groups. My sessions are grounded, practical, and free of jargon, but they go deeper than most. Whether I'm running a communication workshop, a breathwork session, or a movement practice, the intention is the same: to give people a real experience, not just a concept to take home. I work in English, French, and Spanish, and I'm based in Lisbon/Ericeira area, Portugal.
