Our modern world often doesn't leave space to properly address the topic of our inner well-being. We often crave distractions and create unhealthy habits to self-soothe. Self-regulation meditation is a practice teaching the increase of awareness within ourselves and how to balance our inner state from feeling stressed towards feeling calm. It is a guided meditation practice with practical exercises.

About the Host
I have self-healed heavy physical and mental ailments in my early twenties with the help of a teacher, whose scholar I became, following mindfulness approaches. After graduating from university with a degree in physics, I moved abroad, where I continued expanding my spiritual awareness, mainly through partaking in courses and later working with my own clients. Intense learning years were blessed with the journeys to South America. There I immersed myself in native healing techniques and went through the shamanic initiation journey that ripened me for the wellbeing practices I am teaching today.
