A Somatic MindBody Journey is an immersive, guided experience that invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself through the intelligence of the body.
In this space, attention gently moves between breath, sensations, emotions, and thoughts, allowing your nervous system to settle and reorganize in a natural, supported way. Rather than directing or fixing your experience, the session encourages a felt sense of safety, where whatever arises can be met with presence, curiosity, and care.
Through grounding, breath awareness, subtle internal exploration, and moments of stillness or gentle movement, you are guided to listen inwardly and follow what feels alive in each moment. This supports regulation, release of accumulated tension, and a deeper connection to your inner landscape.
The journey unfolds at your own pace—an invitation to soften, to feel, and to return to a state of embodied presence, clarity, coherence and compassionate self awareness.

About the Host
My journey of personal growth and spiritual exploration began more than 20 years ago and continues to inform the way I work today.
Before becoming a coach and counsellor, I spent 15 years in the corporate world as an international marketing professional. Living and working across four countries and three continents gave me first-hand experience of the pressures of high-performing environments, cultural transitions, and the challenges many professionals face while navigating demanding careers and expat life.
For the past 15+ years, I have been dedicated to holistic, psychological and somatic coaching and counselling. My work focuses on helping people regulate their nervous system, develop resilience to stress, and reconnect with their inner clarity, intuition, and authentic power.
Today I support leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and teams through both 1:1 guidance and experiential trainings, helping them to:
• regulate the nervous system and navigate stress more consciously
• cultivate emotional resilience, presence and clarity
• develop a more natural and conscious form of leadership
• strengthen intuition and authentic connection with others
• align their work and life with deeper purpose, wellbeing and fulfilment
My approach integrates psychology, somatic awareness and mindfulness practices to support lasting inner shifts rather than temporary solutions. When people learn to regulate their inner state and listen more deeply to themselves, they naturally develop a leadership style that is more grounded, intuitive and relational.
I have a special interest in supporting people who feel called to explore their inner world while building meaningful, sustainable professional and personal lives—creating work and lifestyles that are truly aligned with who they are.
