Description

A typical 45-minute workshop offers participants a holistic experience that cultivates body awareness and mental calm. The session moves through a series of seated stretches designed to support mobility and ease, while gently inviting participants to go beyond the physical through accessible breathwork techniques. Together, these elements create a balanced, holistic practice that fosters both physical empowerment and a sense of mental relaxation.

Benefits

Attendees will move through a series of seated postures designed to gently stretch major muscle groups and mobilize all joints, supporting strength, flexibility, and overall physical resilience. The practice includes foundational posture awareness and alignment work—vital for comfort, balance, and everyday movement. The session concludes with a brief guided relaxation, using breathwork or meditation, to integrate the physical practice into a calming, holistic mind–body experience.

Hi,

I am a chair yoga instructor specializing in inclusive, accessible movement for people of all ages, strengths, and abilities.

My chair yoga sessions blend gentle stretching, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to promote physical ease, restorative calm, and overall well-being. Rooted in a holistic approach, my classes meet participants where they are—making the practice beneficial not only for older adults, but also for corporate teams, students, and anyone seeking a mindful, low-impact experience.
