About the Host
Rhythm-Based Group Facilitator | Immersive Energy & Team Activation Experiences
I am a facilitator and creator of immersive, participatory group experiences that use rhythm, movement, and collective engagement to activate presence, connection, and shared energy. My work is designed to move people quickly from observation into active participation, creating moments of cohesion and vitality within diverse groups.
I am the founder of StompShop.dk, where I have spent more than 14 years designing and delivering experiential workshops for corporate teams, schools, and public audiences across Denmark and Europe. I facilitate more than 100 sessions annually, working with groups ranging from small leadership teams to large-scale corporate audiences, including organizations such as Novo Nordisk.
My background as a trained teacher and long-term practitioner in social-educational environments has given me deep experience in working with diverse groups, building trust quickly, and adapting facilitation styles to different contexts and energy levels. A central focus of my work is creating safe yet energising environments where people can engage without performance pressure.
I specialise in rhythm-based group activation, using simple, embodied and accessible methods to build connection, attention, and collective flow. My sessions are highly interactive, grounded in presence, and designed to create memorable shared experiences that strengthen group dynamics and human connection.
