Every person carries stories that have shaped how they lead, listen, relate, and belong. Most of us simply don't have many opportunities to share them.
Story Exchange is an engaging, facilitated experience that invites participants to discover one another through meaningful conversation. Using structured storytelling activities, guided reflection, and intentional listening, participants experience how personal stories can open new perspectives, deepen understanding, and change the quality of everyday relationships.
During this experience, participants will:
- Learn simple principles for sharing meaningful personal stories
- Practise active and intentional listening in pairs and small groups
- Participate in two guided Story Exchange activities
- Reflect on insights individually and collectively
- Discover practical ways to build stronger relationships through everyday conversations
- Leave with one meaningful commitment they can immediately apply in their workplace or community
No storytelling experience is required. The experience is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and engaging for participants from all backgrounds.

As a teacher, author, spoken word artist, and organizational consultant, I bring together storytelling, thoughtful dialogue, and practical application to create experiences that are memorable, relevant, and immediately useful.
Every Voice Share Experience is designed to help participants leave with fresh perspective, meaningful conversations, and practical actions they can begin using immediately.
People rarely remember every slide from a presentation. They remember the conversations that changed how they saw themselves and one another. That's the kind of experience I strive to create.
