Workshop
Description
Type: Interactive workshop
Ideal duration: 60–90 minutes
Description:
A strengths-based session that helps teams recognise what each person brings, communicate appreciation more effectively, and build a more connected and energised team culture. Participants explore strengths, contribution and the often-overlooked impact of meaningful recognition. The session combines guided reflection, conversation and useful activities that help people notice and express value in a genuine way.
Activities may include:
- identifying individual and team strengths
- reflecting on how different people contribute in different ways
- practising language of appreciation that feels specific and authentic
- exploring how recognition influences motivation, morale and connection
- paired or group exercises that build understanding and team cohesion.
Benefits
Benefits:
Supports cohesion, morale, trust and positive team culture. Participants leave with a stronger sense of contribution, connection and appreciation for others.
What makes it distinctive:
Rather than generic “team bonding,” this session gives people language and structure for recognising strengths and contribution in a way that feels real and useful.
