Description
How do you continue to perform when demands are high – without constantly operating in stress mode?
Sustainable Performance is an interactive workshop designed to help professionals understand how stress affects the nervous system, focus and performance – and how to work with their own stress response more effectively.
The session combines accessible education, guided self-reflection, practical exercises and nervous-system regulation tools.
During the session, participants will:
• Explore how stress and the nervous system influence focus, behaviour and performance
• Identify their own stress responses, triggers and patterns
• Experience practical techniques for regulating stress in demanding moments
• Explore ways to maintain focus and capacity under pressure
• Identify strategies for creating more sustainable ways of working
• Create a personal takeaway or strategy to integrate into their everyday work
Participants leave with greater awareness of their own stress response and practical tools they can immediately apply in their workday.
No previous experience is required. The content and exercises can be tailored to the organisation, industry, group and specific challenges participants are facing.
Benefits
• Greater stress awareness – Understand how stress affects the nervous system, focus and performance.
• Practical stress-regulation skills – Learn simple techniques that can be used during demanding workdays.
• Improved focus and mental clarity – Develop tools for creating greater mental space when pressure is high.
• Greater self-awareness – Recognise personal stress patterns, triggers and automatic responses.
• Sustainable performance – Explore ways to maintain performance and capacity without relying on constant pressure.
• Stronger self-leadership – Build greater ability to respond intentionally rather than react automatically under stress.
• Practical integration – Leave with tools and strategies that can immediately be applied in everyday work.
Additional Experience Info
The workshop can be tailored to the organisation, industry and specific needs of the group. It can also be incorporated into team days, leadership development initiatives, corporate wellbeing programs, retreats and off-sites.

About the Host
I am a certified Whole Person Coach, breathwork facilitator and corporate wellbeing facilitator with a background as a corporate lawyer.
Drawing on several years of experience in high-performance corporate environments, I bring a deep understanding of the pressures, expectations and challenges that professionals and high-performing individuals often face.
Today, I work with individuals, groups and organisations, helping people manage stress, regulate their nervous system, strengthen self-awareness and create sustainable ways of performing and living. My approach combines evidence-informed coaching, practical stress-management tools, nervous-system awareness, breathwork and experiential practices.
I facilitate workshops and breathwork sessions for both professional and private groups, with a particular focus on sustainable performance, stress regulation, resilience, self-leadership and wellbeing.
My facilitation style is warm, grounded and engaging. I aim to create experiences that are not only insightful in the moment, but give participants practical tools they can take with them into their everyday lives and work.
