Taking risks, listening, building together, accepting change... these are all important skills in the workplace. But did you know you could understand and practice the underlying mechanisms of these competences via fun improv activities? No need to be funny or get on stage — these 1 to 2-hour sessions are specifically designed to benefit the workplace through active participation, hands-on games with impactful feedback. Improv brings joy and creates safe spaces to 'let go' and be spontaneous. Participants (12 max.) will have their motivation boosted and leave with practical tips and thinking nuggets to start applying beneficial changes to the way they see their position within the company. Fun, laughter and pragmatic advice guaranteed!

About the Host
An 18-year expert in improvisational theatre, leading workshops on team-building, public speaking, applied improvisation, conflict/crisis/change management, workplace harassment/discrimination, and others. I am flexible, speak English (fluently) and French (native speaker), and have strong Spanish skills. I am currently developing Mandarin Chinese skills. I have worked abroad (England, China) and am now based in Paris, France.
