Description

Most teams carry more decisions than they can process. Under pressure, judgment narrows, priorities blur, and the quality of decisions quietly degrades. The Clarity Reset is an immersive group experience built on the IVIC Decision-Making Framework, a proprietary methodology introduced in the 6x internationally award-winning book Doubt to Certainty and the foundation of a CPD-accredited certification program trusted by leaders across the GCC and globally.

The framework was developed over 16 years of field experience across boardrooms and active conflict zones in the Middle East, environments where the cost of a poor decision is measured in consequences, not quarterly results. That field intelligence is what makes this session different from a standard leadership workshop.

Through live scenarios, group exercises, and guided reflection, participants build a shared language for decision-making, develop awareness of how pressure distorts judgment, and leave with a structured, practical approach to acting with confidence even when the environment offers no certainty.

Benefits

  • Sharper decision-making under pressure. Participants leave with a structured, four-pillar methodology drawn from the IVIC Decision-Making Framework, the foundation of the 6x internationally award-winning book Doubt to Certainty and a CPD-accredited certification program, giving them a repeatable approach to navigating complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
  • Reduced cognitive stress. By understanding what neuroscience reveals about how the brain processes uncertainty, participants gain immediate relief from the paralysis that high-pressure environments create. Knowing why the mind reacts the way it does is itself a form of stress reduction.
  • Stronger team alignment. The session builds a shared decision-making language across the group. When teams operate from the same framework, disagreements become more productive, priorities become clearer, and collective momentum accelerates.
  • Increased individual and collective confidence. Participants develop the ability to act decisively within uncertainty rather than waiting for clarity that may never arrive. This confidence shift is grounded in science and practiced live in the room, not just discussed theoretically.
  • Resilience in ambiguous conditions. Drawing on field-tested experience from active conflict zone operations in the Middle East, the session equips participants with tools that hold under real pressure, not just in stable, predictable environments.
  • Immediate practical application. Every exercise and tool introduced in the session is designed to be used in the participant's next meeting, next difficult conversation, or next high-stakes decision. The session does not end with reflection. It ends with a personal commitment and a concrete next step.

About the Host

I am M.E. Wasfi, a Dubai-based executive coach, decision-making authority, and author with 16 years of experience working with leaders in some of the world's most demanding environments, including boardrooms across the GCC and active conflict zones in the Middle East. I created the IVIC Decision-Making Framework, a methodology grounded in neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and strategic thinking, introduced in my internationally award-winning book Doubt to Certainty. My work sits at the intersection of human performance, self-awareness, and high-stakes decision-making. I hold an ICF PCC credential and am certified by the CPD Standards Office. What I bring to corporate groups and leadership teams is a genuinely rare combination: the intellectual rigour of a scientist, the practical tools of a seasoned coach, and the firsthand perspective of someone who has operated where decisions carried life-changing consequences. My sessions are designed to be immersive, direct, and immediately applicable. I deliver in both English and Arabic, and I have worked with organizations including Philip Morris International, British Airways, Unilever, ADNOC Distribution, Vodafone, Capgemini, and UAE and KSA government entities. I currently partner with EZRA Coaching, Hult Ashridge Executive Education, and Informa Connect Academy. I am based in Dubai and available for in-person and virtual sessions globally, as well as offshore projects.
