Description
A high-impact, practice-based experience focused on the conversations that shape teams and are most often avoided: difficult feedback, misalignment, underperformance, and unspoken tension.
This session is designed for moments where the stakes are high and emotions are present — when avoiding the conversation creates more cost than having it.
Participants are introduced to a clear, field-tested structure for entering and navigating these conversations with confidence, clarity, and control. The experience is highly interactive and grounded in real workplace situations rather than theory.
Through guided exercises in pairs and small groups, participants work on live scenarios and practice:
- preparing a difficult conversation with a clear objective and message
- addressing issues directly without escalation or over-softening
- staying composed and regulated when tension rises
- responding to defensiveness, silence, or emotional reactions in real time
- maintaining focus on outcomes while preserving the working relationship
- closing conversations with alignment and clear next steps
The session moves through cycles of input, practice, and feedback, allowing participants to refine their approach in real time. The facilitation style is structured, direct, and attentive to group dynamics, ensuring the space remains productive even when working with challenging topics.
Where most communication training focuses on everyday clarity, this experience focuses specifically on pressure moments — when communication tends to break down and leadership is most needed.
Participants leave with a repeatable method they can apply immediately in real work situations.
Sessions available in English, French, and Spanish.

About the Host
I'm a facilitator, counsellor, and somatic practitioner with an unusual background: degrees from Sciences Po Grenoble, Mines ParisTech, and Tsinghua University, followed by a Master in Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy, certified Kundalini yoga teaching, breathwork facilitation, and, most recently, training in herbalism. That arc isn't accidental. It reflects what I've come to understand through my own experience and through working with people: that intellectual clarity alone rarely creates change. The body, the nervous system, and what happens beneath the surface are just as much part of the picture, often more so. This is what shapes how I work with groups. My sessions are grounded, practical, and free of jargon, but they go deeper than most. Whether I'm running a communication workshop, a breathwork session, or a movement practice, the intention is the same: to give people a real experience, not just a concept to take home. I work in English, French, and Spanish, and I'm based in Lisbon/Ericeira area, Portugal.
