About the Host
I am an Integrative Health practitioner, executive wellness strategist, and founder of the D.I.V.A.™ Framework (Divination, Intuition, Vibration, and Awakening), a transformational model designed to prevent burnout and restore clarity among high-performing professionals. I am completing my Master of Science in Integrative Health Sciences, with a concentration in evidence-based holistic health, and will be advancing into doctoral research focused on professional burnout among healthcare and wellness leaders. My work bridges academic rigor with embodied practice—integrating neuroscience-informed stress resilience, motivational interviewing, and mind–body–spirit methodologies to support sustainable leadership performance.
My professional approach combines executive coaching principles with somatic regulation practices, including certified instruction in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, both of which I utilize to enhance autonomic nervous system balance, cognitive flexibility, and emotional regulation in high-demand environments. As a Master Herbalist, I also incorporate botanical therapeutics and adaptogenic strategies where appropriate, grounding wellness interventions in traditional plant medicine alongside contemporary integrative research. This multidimensional background allows me to support executives not only cognitively, but physiologically and energetically—addressing stress at its root rather than managing symptoms alone.
Through my D.I.V.A.™ Program, I work with leaders navigating decision fatigue, burnout, and performance pressure, guiding them toward embodied clarity, resilience, and aligned action. My mission is to help executives cultivate internal coherence so that leadership emerges from grounded awareness rather than chronic stress activation. I bring a systems-based, research-informed, and deeply human approach to executive wellness—designed for those who lead at the highest levels and require sustainable strategies to do so effectively.

Certifications & Credentials
I hold a Master of Science in Integrative Health Sciences (completion May 2026) and will be advancing into doctoral studies with a research focus on professional burnout and resilience among healthcare and wellness leaders. My academic training integrates evidence-based health promotion, stress physiology, motivational interviewing, behavioral change science, and mind–body medicine.
I am certified in Tai Chi and Qi Gong instruction, with experience facilitating somatic regulation practices designed to enhance autonomic nervous system balance, executive functioning, and embodied leadership presence. Additionally, I am trained as a Master Herbalist, with advanced study in botanical therapeutics and adaptogenic support within an integrative health framework. I am the creator of the D.I.V.A.™ Executive Wellness Program (Divination, Intuition, Vibration, Awakening), a structured coaching methodology designed to address decision fatigue, performance stress, and leadership burnout.

Client Requirements
To ensure a safe, effective, and high-quality Tai Chi experience, the following client-side provisions are requested: A quiet, well-ventilated space with sufficient room for participants to move freely and extend their arms without obstruction Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows unrestricted movement Flat, supportive footwear suitable for light movement practice (or optional barefoot practice if appropriate for the setting) Access to water for hydration A participant count confirmed in advance to appropriately structure session flow and spatial arrangement No specialized equipment is required. Tai Chi is a low-impact, accessible practice designed to support balance, nervous system regulation, and mindful movement across varying fitness levels.
Past Clients
I have facilitated wellness programming, instructional sessions, and professional presentations across community and academic institutions. At Henry County Parks and Recreation, I lead Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes focused on balance, stress reduction, mobility, and nervous system regulation for diverse community populations. These sessions emphasize mindful movement, breath integration, and accessible practices that support both preventative health and sustainable well-being. Within academic environments, I have delivered workshops and presentations for American College of Healthcare Sciences (ACHS), contributing integrative health education grounded in evidence-based practice. Additionally, I have presented at Virginia University of Integrative Medicine, where I have discussed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture theory, and mind–body applications for stress resilience and executive functioning. In parallel, I facilitate private executive wellness coaching through my D.I.V.A.™ Framework, supporting professionals in addressing burnout, leadership fatigue, and performance optimization through structured, integrative methodologies.
