with an opening reset that brings everyone fully into the room. A midday block meets the
team right when the energy dips and lifts it back up. And a closing session gathers the day’s
insights into the body, so they travel home with your people. Between sessions, Leila remains
a warm, steady presence within the offsite, available for individual connection and support as
the day unfolds. Two pre-calls shape the day around what your team is carrying right now

About the Host
Leila Astarabadi is the practitioner leadership teams bring in when an offsite knows it is time for the energy to shift. She has mastered the art of group resonance – knowing exactly how to transform the energy of a room. She guides groups into coherence, the moment a system comes alive, all the senses stand up, and people are ready to feel life again. Through her practice, The Invitation to Wellness, she creates immersive experiences for company offsites: sound, breathwork, somatic movement, and subconscious reprogramming, woven into one arc that takes a room out of its head and back into its body. Her presence is the work. Leila is a California Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, with certifications in Acutonics sound therapy and clinical and transpersonal hypnosis, craniosacral therapy training through the Upledger Institute, and 1,000+ hours of yoga, breathwork, and meditation training.
