Atelier culinaire multisensoriel – Durée : 1h30 minimum

Le Voyage Savoureux des Valeurs est un atelier culinaire immersif qui invite les participants à explorer le lien entre le goût, le corps et les valeurs personnelles.
À travers une approche à la fois sensorielle, pédagogique et créative, cet atelier propose de traduire une valeur choisie — comme la curiosité, le courage, l’empathie ou la clarté — en une expérience gustative incarnée.

Guidés dans la découverte des grandes familles de saveurs (salé, sucré, acide, amer) et de leurs interactions, les participants explorent également le rôle des saveurs complémentaires (umami, gras, piquant), ainsi que leur impact sensoriel et physiologique.
Le goût devient alors un véritable langage : un moyen de raconter, ressentir et partager ce qui nous anime.

L’atelier alterne transmission, dégustation d’exemples commentés, création individuelle et temps de partage.
Il se conclut par une dégustation collective, accompagnée d’accords vins sélectionnés pour dialoguer avec les profils aromatiques explorés.

Une expérience profondément humaine et sensorielle, où la gastronomie devient un outil de connexion, de narration et de présence — sans notion de juste ou de faux, mais avec curiosité, intuition et plaisir.

About the Host

I am a culinary creator working at the intersection of food, culture, and well-being. With an international background spanning Mexico, Thailand, and France, my path has been shaped by years of hands-on experience in kitchens, private dining, and culinary projects rooted in cultural exchange. I approach food not only as a craft or a pleasure, but as a living element that deeply influences how we feel, think, and live. Over the years, I have created and led restaurants, pop-ups, and private dining experiences, while developing a more intimate and conscious relationship with food — from sourcing and seasonality to preparation and sharing. These experiences have allowed me to witness, again and again, the profound impact food can have on people when it is prepared with care, integrity, and intention. At the heart of my work today are private dinners, culinary experiences, and one-on-one coaching, where food becomes a gateway to well-being. I focus on the real effects of what we eat — mentally, emotionally, physically, physiologically, and hormonally — and on how awareness around food choices, quality, and origins can support balance and vitality. Beyond flavor and creativity, my work places strong emphasis on responsible sourcing, clean ingredients, and respect for the food chain, from its origin to the moment it is consumed. Alongside this, I also explore food as a medium for connection and reflection, creating moments where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience food as something nourishing on multiple levels. Whether through an intimate meal, a shared table, or a guided culinary moment, my intention is always to honor the power of food — not only to satisfy hunger, but to support well-being, presence, and a more conscious way of living.

Founder of Food Love Revolution, with international experience as a restaurant founder, culinary creator, and private dining professional. Extensive hands-on background in conscious food experiences, responsible sourcing, and one-on-one food and well-being coaching, developed across Mexico, Thailand, and France.
