Workshop

Description

An interactive session exploring what makes us irreplaceably human in a world where machines handle more of our cognitive load. Attendees are walked through current research on the skills AI cannot replicate — emotional attunement, moral reasoning, contextual creativity, and embodied intuition. Through a series of live micro-exercises, participants practice each skill in real time: an empathy mapping exercise using real workplace scenarios, a spontaneous storytelling challenge that activates creative and emotional thinking, and a values-alignment conversation in small groups. Each attendee leaves with a personal "Human Edge Profile" — a short self-assessment identifying their strongest irreplaceable skills and how to consciously develop them in their day-to-day leadership.

Benefits

  • Confidence — Participants reconnect with the unique human qualities they bring to their role, reducing the existential anxiety that AI discourse often triggers in professionals
  • Creativity — The storytelling and spontaneous thinking exercises actively stretch creative muscles that corporate environments rarely engage
  • Empathy — The empathy mapping exercise builds genuine attunement to others' experiences, directly transferable to team leadership and client relationships
  • Motivation — Recognising one's irreplaceable strengths is deeply energising, reigniting a sense of purpose and professional identity
  • Mental Wellbeing — Shifting the narrative from "what AI will take" to "what only I can offer" has an immediate and lasting positive effect on psychological state and self-worth
  • Engagement — The personal profile takeaway gives attendees something concrete and meaningful to act on beyond the session itself

About the Host

HR Leader & AI Educator passionate about the future of human work. With 16+ years of international experience at premium brands across Europe — including Red Bull, Mars, and Kantar — I've spent my career at the intersection of people, culture, and transformation.
Today, my focus is on what truly matters: how we use technology — particularly AI — not to replace human connection, but to create more space for it. More time for creativity, for presence, for the things that make us feel alive. But beyond the corporate world, I'm deeply curious about wellbeing, happiness at work, and how leaders can build cultures where humans genuinely thrive — not just perform.
