Description
The Inner Garden is a calming, creative wellbeing workshop where participants design their own “inner garden” using simple art exercises. Through mindfulness, guided drawing, and reflection, attendees explore what helps them thrive, what drains them, and what they need more of in their work and daily life. They will create a visual map of their energy, boundaries, and strengths, connect these insights to workplace dynamics, share in small groups, and leave with one practical action to support their wellbeing in the week ahead. No artistic experience required — all materials included.
Benefits
1. Improved Self-Awareness & Emotional Clarity
Participants gain a deeper understanding of their energy, stress patterns, needs, and strengths through a simple, visual metaphor they can return to again and again.
2. Stress Reduction & Relaxation
Mindfulness and creative flow help participants slow down, regulate their nervous system, and experience a sense of calm and grounding in the middle of a busy workday.
3. Strengthened Resilience & Wellbeing
By identifying what nourishes them (and what drains them), participants learn practical ways to support their own mental fitness and day-to-day resilience.
4. Enhanced Team Connection & Empathy
Gentle pair or group sharing builds trust, perspective-taking, and understanding among colleagues — improving communication and collaboration.
5. Increased Motivation & Engagement
Reflecting on strengths, values, and personal “growth areas” helps participants reconnect with purpose, motivation, and a sense of agency at work.

About the Host
Empathetic, creative, and systems-oriented coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in design, leadership and helping people navigate change, build confidence, and reconnect with their strengths.
I design and lead learning experiences that bring together self-leadership, emotional wellbeing, and creative exploration. My workshops create space for reflection, expression, and deeper connection - especially for internationals navigating transition or fast-paced work environments.
With a background as a team lead in landscape architecture, I understand complex projects, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the human side of organisational life. I now combine this practical mindset with coaching psychology and art-based methods to support people in a grounded, accessible, and engaging way.
I thrive in environments where learning, creativity, and belonging come together, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams feel more resourced, confident, and connected in their work and everyday lives.
