They break down because people aren't really listening.
The Listening Lab is an interactive experience that explores one of the most overlooked skills in leadership, teamwork, and everyday relationships: intentional listening.
During this experience, participants will:
- Explore the difference between hearing and intentional listening
- Participate in interactive listening exercises
- Practise giving another person their full attention
- Reflect on common communication barriers
- Learn techniques for asking stronger questions and responding with greater curiosity
- Identify practical ways to improve everyday workplace conversations
The experience is practical, conversational, and immediately applicable to professional and personal relationships.
