Description
A deeply personal and evidence-based session on executive wellbeing in high-performance, high-pressure environments. Drawing on real experience leading teams through private equity transitions and organizational restructuring, this session opens with a guided body-scan and honest self-check-in, inviting attendees to notice — before any content — how they actually feel in that moment. Participants are then walked through the neuroscience of chronic stress in leadership roles: what it does to decision-making, creativity, and team culture. A peer-sharing circle allows attendees to voice, in a safe and facilitated space, the pressures they rarely name out loud. The session closes with a practical co-creation exercise where each participant designs their own "recovery architecture" — a realistic, personalized set of daily and weekly rituals to protect their energy without stepping back from ambition.
Benefits
- Relaxation & Stress Reduction — The guided body-scan opening and peer-sharing circle create an immediate physiological and emotional decompression, rare in corporate settings
- Mental Wellbeing — Understanding the neuroscience of chronic leadership stress helps attendees make sense of their own experience, reducing self-blame and increasing self-compassion
- Resilience — Participants build a concrete, personalised recovery plan they can implement immediately, strengthening their long-term capacity to sustain high performance
- Empathy — The peer-sharing format reveals that most leaders carry similar burdens in silence, building profound mutual understanding and reducing the isolation of leadership
- Cohesion — Vulnerability shared in a safe, facilitated space creates genuine human connection between leaders who often only interact in performance mode
- Motivation — Reframing rest and recovery as strategic — rather than a sign of weakness — reignites energy and drive in leaders who have been running on empty

About the Host
HR Leader & AI Educator passionate about the future of human work. With 16+ years of international experience at premium brands across Europe — including Red Bull, Mars, and Kantar — I've spent my career at the intersection of people, culture, and transformation.
Today, my focus is on what truly matters: how we use technology — particularly AI — not to replace human connection, but to create more space for it. More time for creativity, for presence, for the things that make us feel alive. But beyond the corporate world, I'm deeply curious about wellbeing, happiness at work, and how leaders can build cultures where humans genuinely thrive — not just perform.
