This 30-minute virtual session offers a focused reset for the nervous system—designed to support employees in stepping out of stress and back into a more grounded, clear, and regulated state.
In fast-paced work environments, the nervous system often remains in a state of activation, impacting focus, communication, and overall wellbeing. This session creates a structured pause within the workday, allowing participants to reconnect with their bodies and restore internal balance.
Rooted in somatic coaching and nervous system regulation, the session translates body-based practices into a simple, accessible group experience that can be easily integrated into a busy schedule.
What the session includes:
- Arrival & Grounding (3–5 min)
A guided transition into the present moment, helping participants shift out of mental overactivity and into body awareness. - Understanding Stress in the Body (5 min)
A short, relatable explanation of how stress shows up in the nervous system and how it impacts focus, energy, and wellbeing. - Guided Somatic Awareness Practice (10–12 min)
Participants are guided to notice internal sensations, areas of tension, and subtle shifts in their body in a safe and supportive way. - Breath-Based Regulation (5–7 min)
Simple, practical breathing techniques to support downregulation and restore a sense of calm and clarity. - Integration & Closing (3–5 min)
A gentle closing to anchor the experience and offer one practical tool participants can use throughout their workday.
This session is intentionally concise yet effective—offering a meaningful reset without requiring a large time commitment. No prior experience is needed.

About the Host
My name is Sarah, and I am a certified Mind-Body Coach and Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner in training, specializing in nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. Through my work, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner resilience. I believe that sustainable wellbeing doesn’t come from pushing through, but from learning how to feel safe, regulated, and present within ourselves. I create spaces where individuals can slow down, tune into their internal experience, and build a more grounded and responsive relationship with stress. My approach is gentle, attuned, and rooted in respect for each person’s pace and unique process. My background is in textile innovation and skin microbiome research, which gives me a unique lens on the connection between sensory experience, the body, and the nervous system. I’m deeply interested in how what we feel — both internally and externally — shapes our overall wellbeing. In my sessions, I integrate somatic practices such as breathwork, guided movement, and awareness-based techniques to support regulation, clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality. I care deeply about creating environments where women feel seen, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and lasting way.
