Description
In today’s fast-paced work environments, many individuals operate in a constant state of pressure, often disconnected from their bodies and internal signals. This 60-minute virtual somatic experience offers a guided space to slow down, recalibrate, and restore a sense of grounded presence.
Rooted in principles of nervous system regulation and somatic awareness, this session translates body-based coaching practices into an accessible group format. Participants are gently guided to reconnect with their internal state, release accumulated tension, and build awareness of how stress shows up in the body.
What the session includes:
- Arrival & Grounding (5–10 min)
A gentle transition from “doing mode” into “being mode” through guided awareness and orientation practices to help participants arrive in the present moment. - Psychoeducation: Understanding the Nervous System (10 min)
A simple, relatable introduction to how the nervous system responds to stress, pressure, and stimulation—helping participants build awareness of their own patterns. - Guided Somatic Awareness Practice (15–20 min)
Participants are guided through body-based awareness exercises to notice sensations, tension patterns, and internal signals in a safe and structured way. - Breath & Regulation Techniques (10–15 min)
Practical tools using breath and subtle shifts in attention to support downregulation, grounding, and increased internal safety. - Gentle Movement Integration (5–10 min)
Optional, accessible movements to release tension, improve circulation, and support embodied presence (suitable for office environments). - Closing & Integration (5 min)
A soft landing to integrate the experience and anchor one or two simple practices participants can bring into their workday.
This session is designed to be inclusive, non-invasive, and adaptable to all experience levels. No prior experience with somatic practices is required.

About the Host
My name is Sarah, and I am a certified Mind-Body Coach and Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner in training, specializing in nervous system regulation and embodied wellbeing. Through my work, I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, their emotions, and their inner resilience. I believe that sustainable wellbeing doesn’t come from pushing through, but from learning how to feel safe, regulated, and present within ourselves. I create spaces where individuals can slow down, tune into their internal experience, and build a more grounded and responsive relationship with stress. My approach is gentle, attuned, and rooted in respect for each person’s pace and unique process. My background is in textile innovation and skin microbiome research, which gives me a unique lens on the connection between sensory experience, the body, and the nervous system. I’m deeply interested in how what we feel — both internally and externally — shapes our overall wellbeing. In my sessions, I integrate somatic practices such as breathwork, guided movement, and awareness-based techniques to support regulation, clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality. I care deeply about creating environments where women feel seen, supported, and able to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and lasting way.
