About the Host

I am a musician and singer with over 15 years of performance experience, and an educator with more than a decade of expertise facilitating workshops for diverse groups. My work spans creative expression, language learning, teacher training, environmental education, and peace and reconciliation. Being raised in Tanzania but of Irish origin and having living many years in Spain and spent time in different places, I call my own music "world fusion" and I often bring my audiences on mini world tours with different languages and musical genres. I have performed in a wide range of settings, including corporate events, music therapy in retirement homes, and as part of a musical comedy improv duo. I work with a yoga teacher offering yoga with live music and I've provided music at several well being retreats. I also perform regularly with my band, as a soloist, and in duos and trios—both through Kiruu (my original music project) and within Irish traditional music circles. I am passionate about combining music and facilitation, using creativity to build group dynamics, strengthen collaboration, and guide participants on transformative team-building journeys.
