Workshop
Description
Duration: 60–90 minutes
Group Size: 6–30 participants
Format: Interactive, high-energy, facilitator-led
Description:
This interactive improv workshop introduces participants to the core principles of improvisation — with a focus on communication, adaptability, and collaboration. Through a series of structured, accessible games and exercises, participants practice listening deeply, responding in the moment, and building on others’ ideas without fear of “getting it wrong.”
No performance experience is required. The emphasis is on psychological safety, playfulness, and practical workplace skills rather than comedy.
What we’ll do:
- Warm-up exercises to lower inhibitions and build group trust
- “Yes, And” activities that encourage openness and idea-building
- Short partner and group-based improvisation games
- Guided reflection connecting exercises to real workplace situations
What makes it unique:
Led by a professionally trained actress and facilitator, the session balances playful creativity with real-world application — ensuring participants feel supported, included, and energized rather than put on the spot.
