Description
This is a high-energy, experiential improvisation workshop designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, and creative problem-solving within teams. Using core principles of improvisation, participants are guided through structured individual, partner, and group exercises that highlight communication, adaptability, and collective intelligence.
The session begins with simple warm-up activities that establish psychological safety, focus attention, and encourage active listening. Participants are then introduced to key improvisation concepts such as agreement (“Yes, And”), presence, responsiveness, and shared responsibility.
Through guided improv games and ensemble-based exercises, attendees practice responding in real time, building on others’ ideas, and navigating uncertainty as a group. The activities are designed to surface natural team dynamics in a low-risk, playful environment, allowing participants to experiment with new ways of collaborating and problem-solving.
The workshop concludes with facilitated reflection, connecting insights from the exercises to real-world team communication, decision-making, and innovation.
No previous improvisation or performance experience is required.

About the Host
A Colombian actress, holding an MFA in Acting for Film and a Bachelor’s degree in Dramatic Arts.
My professional path thrives through improvisation, theatre, and clowning, disciplines that have taken me to work and tour internationally across Mexico, Colombia, and the United States.
My workshops create spaces where people who work together can truly meet one another. Through play, movement, and embodied exploration, I help teams build trust, unlock creativity, and communicate with greater authenticity and presence.
My approach is both rigorous and joyful: structured enough for professional environments, and playful enough to invite risk, connection, and innovation through the art of games with purpose.
