Private and corporate occasions, in cities across Europe, Australia and North America

Celebration Collection

A curated collection of remarkable experiences - from sensorial to artistic - to make the most important moments the most memorable.

A wedding, a fiftieth, a company's first hundred years, a gala, a farewell, a city marking something it will not see again for a generation. Whatever you are marking, our curators shape it around the people in the room: a live artist painting as the evening unfolds, a perfume composed together, a chamber quartet, a table where something is made by hand and taken home.

Most of what is offered for a celebration is arranged once and forgotten by the following week. The experiences here are different: they ask the guests to take part, and they leave something behind. A scent, a painting, a piece of music written in the room, an object someone carries home. Choose a single element, or let a curator shape several across the whole occasion.

Weddings, and the days around them

The day itself deserves more than background music. A live painter captures the room as it fills. A portrait artist works through the reception and guests leave holding their own. A perfumer sets up a bench where the couple composes a scent they will wear on every anniversary that follows.

There are also the days around it: the welcome gathering, the morning after, the afternoon with the people who travelled furthest. Those are often where the most memorable hours happen, and they are the easiest to make extraordinary.

Milestone birthdays and anniversaries

A fiftieth, a seventieth, a ruby anniversary, the first year of a marriage. These are the occasions where a gift runs out of ideas and an experience does not. A chamber trio in a private room. A ceramicist who brings the wheel to the house. A song written about the person being celebrated and performed once, to them.

They also work beautifully as something given rather than hosted: adult children arranging an afternoon for their parents, a partner arranging a morning for two.

The gatherings before the day

Engagement parties, bridal gatherings, hen weekends, the lunch before everyone scatters. A group of friends with an afternoon and a reason is the easiest celebration to make memorable, because everyone is already glad to be there.

A perfumer's bench, a potter's wheel, a floral table, a mixologist with proper ingredients. Everyone makes something, everyone takes it home, and nobody spends the afternoon watching a demonstration.

Company milestones

A first decade, a hundredth year, a merger completed, a building opened, a founder stepping back. The corporate calendar has its own milestones, and they are usually marked with a dinner that could have been held by anyone.

A gala evening with a live artist painting the room. An award ceremony where the trophy is made by a ceramicist rather than ordered from a catalogue. A client evening where guests compose a fragrance carrying the house name. A launch where the story is told by a musician instead of a deck.

Civic and cultural moments

A city anniversary, a museum reopening, a festival, a civic welcome, a cultural season. These occasions carry a duty that a private party does not: they have to mean something to people who did not organise them.

Our curators work with artists, performers and makers who can hold a public room, and who leave something behind that outlasts the afternoon.

Farewells, homecomings and the quieter occasions

Retirements, graduations, family reunions, a new home, a naming, a return after a long time away. Not every occasion is loud, and some of the most affecting work we arrange is for a small room.

Tell a curator who is being celebrated and what the day is for. The right artist, perfumer or musician follows from there.

For planners, private offices and concierges

If you arrange occasions for other people, you need one point of contact, clear delivery detail and specialists who arrive prepared. We hold the relationships, confirm scope and travel, and give you a straight answer on availability.

Send the brief and you will hear back from a person, with options that fit the room, the guest count and the budget you are working to.

The professional route, in detail

A few useful details

Can you arrange a single experience, or does it have to be several?

Either. One live artist for a wedding reception is a complete brief. If it helps, a curator can also shape several moments across the same occasion, at your pace.

How far ahead should we come to you?

Two to three months gives the widest choice of specialists for a dated occasion. We regularly arrange things far sooner, so ask even if the date is close.

Do you work with both private hosts and organisations?

Yes. Weddings, family milestones, gala evenings, award ceremonies, company anniversaries and cultural occasions all run through the same collection and the same curators.

Which cities do you cover?

We work across Europe, Australia and North America, and our curators source specialists for destinations beyond them. Tell us where the occasion is and we will confirm what is available.

What does it cost?

It depends on the experience, the guest count and the city. Send the occasion, the date and a budget range, and you will receive a clear total with everything included.

Do guests take part, or do they watch?

Most of the collection is made to be joined. A live artist works while the evening carries on around them, and a workshop puts something in everyone's hands to take home.

How do you celebrate a company anniversary?

With something people take part in: a live artwork of the company's story painted during the celebration, a fragrance composed for the brand, a chamber ensemble at the gala dinner, a shared making day for every team, or a salon evening for your clients. Our curators shape it around your people, your history and your city.
