
I'm Adriana, a Toronto-based breathing coach and a new mother. I was born in Moldova but have lived in a few countries along the way. As someone who got challenged by serious health conditions, it took courage to stay committed to my belief that self-healing, and especially breath, is the most immediate and sometimes the only true pillar of restoration. Functional breathing changes your body and your mind. It is a full-time function, and if managed efficiently, one is able to experience full-time results. I am a certified Buteyko Method instructor and I incorporate Pranayama, heart coherence, high-performance athletic breathing, and conscious breathing into my practice. I work with individuals who want to take control of their nervous system and reconnect with their happiness. I support those who suffer from the debilitating heaviness of anxiety and depression because I know how much courage it takes to look inward and want to feel free again. I help performers, public speakers and sportspeople enjoy what they do rather than burn out. Efficient breathing is subtle yet powerful and when you change the way you breathe, you change the way you live.
