Visual artist and facilitator with a background in communications and an established independent practice. My work centres on the idea that engaging with creativity: through painting, (watercolour, acrylic) or mixed media, can lead to a more focused, present state of mind.
I design sessions that guide people into that experience through hands-on making, using structure and material exploration to help them settle into the process. Whether working with paint or incorporating textile elements like embroidery, the emphasis is on staying engaged, experimenting, and allowing the act of creating to naturally shift attention and perspective.
I’m experienced working with a range of groups and bring a clear, grounded approach that balances guidance with creative freedom, resulting in sessions that feel both accessible and genuinely engaging.
