Arzu Meily is a Sydney-based visual artist, registered art therapist, curator, and author with over fifteen years of experience in the contemporary art world. She holds a Master of Art Therapy from the University of Western Sydney and a Bachelor of Visual Arts with Honours from Sydney College of the Arts, University of Sydney, and has maintained an active international practice across Paris, Berlin, Dubai, and Los Angeles - working across visual art, large-scale installation, sound production, curatorial projects, and creative facilitation. She is the author of The Unfinished Mind: Why Staying Open Is the Most Urgent Skill of Our Time (2026), which introduces the concept of creative permeability and has formed the basis of her keynote and workshop offering to corporate and public audiences internationally. Her facilitation practice spans five continents, bringing together clinical art therapy methodology, contemporary art practice, and a research-grounded framework for creative and cognitive development that is as relevant to individual growth as it is to organisational performance.
