About Caroline

Caroline Hey, an ever-evolving woman. Caroline Hey is a dynamic businesswoman and accomplished leader with a truly global perspective, having lived and worked across four continents. Her diverse professional journey spans the realms of media and mindfulness, reflecting a deep engagement with both external communication and inner well-being.

As a published author, Caroline has shared her insights on mindfulness through her books, as well as a captivating novel inspired by her own life-altering quest for purpose. This narrative reflects her commitment to personal growth and the transformative power of intention.

Based in Sydney, Australia, and also active in Europe, Caroline is a sought-after retreat host and public speaker, guiding individuals and groups on journeys of self-discovery and rejuvenation. Complementing her retreat work, she is a qualified somatic release therapist, offering a holistic approach to healing and well-being in her private practice in Sydney CBD.
Known for her infectious energy and inspiring presence, Caroline's personality leaves a lasting impact on those she encounters. Participants in her events invariably depart feeling invigorated and filled with a renewed zest for life, ready to embrace their own potential.

In 2025, Caroline has been experiencing an influx of keynote engagements from as intimate as 35 people to over 500 attendees, listening to her guided meditations, somatic release practices, and storytelling on how mindfulness found her. With bookings confirmed in January, February, March, and May in 2026, she is excited to bring her mission to fruition, “Healing one soul at a time” TM.
Her offering with CV would ideally be for the corporate world, bringing somatic (embodied) awareness to larger corporates. In half- and full-day events, Caroline will introduce and teach practical tools on body awareness, stress-reduction, and burnout prevention.
