About Dishella (Dish)

Dishella or Dish Fernando as she is fondly known, is a senior People, Culture and organisational transformation executive with more than 16 years' experience leading workforce strategy, organisational development, leadership capability and cultural transformation across complex public sector organisations. She has held executive roles including Acting Deputy Secretary, People, Safety, Culture and Communications and Executive Director, Transformation, Development and Capability, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives spanning workforce wellbeing, psychosocial risk, leadership development, organisational culture and change across workforces of more than 10,000 employees.

Dishella brings practical executive experience rather than theory alone, having led organisational responses to complex workforce wellbeing challenges, major transformation programs and leadership capability initiatives in highly regulated, operationally demanding environments. She is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching through Swinburne University and is a member of the Australian Chamber of Work and Culture.
