
I’m a qualified meditation teacher whose practice is shaped by lived experience. I share mindfulness and meditation as steady anchors for clarity, calm, and connection, offering accessible tools that support people to reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe and empowering. Blending nature and meditation, I gently weave in cues from the natural world to guide a deeper sense of groundedness – of being held and supported during meditation. I also offer nature connection practices such as Wild Nidra (deep rest meditation in the forest) and Astro Nidra (Yoga Nidra under the night sky).
