Isle is a Somatic Coach, Movement Facilitator & Creative Practitioner who works at the intersection of body, art, movement and human connection. With a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, she brings both scientific understanding and an intuitive, embodied approach to her work.
Her practice includes sober psychedelic movement work, where she guides individuals and groups into altered states of awareness through movement, breath, music and embodied exploration. She also facilitates art-based and creative processes that invite people to express, explore and connect beyond words. Alongside this, Isle offers creative and somatic coaching for individuals and groups, supporting people in developing greater self-expression, confidence, connection and body awareness.
Dance is an important part of her work and personal practice. She sees movement not simply as physical exercise, but as a language through which people can access emotion, creativity, presence and a deeper relationship with themselves and others. Across her work, Isle creates spaces that are playful, expressive and grounded, where people are invited to move, create, explore and experience themselves in new ways.
