
I have been teaching yoga and facillitating yoga and wellbeing spaces for around three years now, and practicing yoga for many more. I have run my own events, such as astrology themed yoga flows where I gift participants a personalised reading (I have studied astrology), I am currently running a yoga nidra and yin yoga event, I currently teach at a handful of studios (yin yoga, sound bath, hatha yoga, slow flows, yoga nidra, meditation and vinyasa) and I teach at Swinburne University weekly – yoga and mindfulness techniques. Laslty, I run private events at workspaces, teaching practical yoga, mindfulness skills and meditation. I am also a counsellor so feel passionately about the intersection of yoga and mental health. I also value educating participants, accessibility to the practices, and the practical application of yoga and these tools to everyday life.
