I have shaped and led an interdisciplinary career grounded in a deep commitment to human transformation, empathy, and embodied awareness. My PhD research explored the neuroscience of empathy and the transformative power of cultural and artistic experiences, while my bachelor studies in fine arts and my professional training in counseling, art therapy, and play therapy have allowed me to work directly with individuals and groups in creative, therapeutic, and community settings. Through workshops, community arts initiatives, professional mentoring, and one-to-one counseling, I have facilitated processes that support emotional insight, communication skills, personal growth, and creativity.
